I want to thank you and your entire team for one of the most informative and interesting magazine I have read in a very long time. I was touched by Ericka's beautifully written story.  As I began reading her story I felt so sorry for her but as I read on her courage and spirit was so life giving and inspiring.

Lisa Williams' story and Dr. Perkins article have fired me to get myself back to the gym.  Most of my life I have been the caregiver, and as the demands increased— disabled husband, aging parent, grandchildren and of course work— I had put my needs on the back burner. I was recently diagnosed with diabetes and have learned that it's time for me to focus on a healthier life style.  Your magazine was a real shot in the arm.

Michael-
After reading Valley Health Magazine for the first time, I wanted to send you an email to share my thoughts. I think that it is GREAT that something like this is available for Valley residents. In the last few years, I've learned how important it is to know what is available in your community. In September of 2004, I was involved in a very, very bad car accident. My injuries resulted in Traumatic Brain Injury. I've had a miraculous recovery and I'm where I am today thanks to the great service and care I received. The Valley is very fortunate to have this type of service and care available to them. I would like to contribute to the sharing of knowledge and if there is anything I can do to get involved with Valley Health Magazine, please let me know.
